Pokémon X is proving to be quite fun.

But I think the fans are old enough where we can go ahead and release Pokémon XXX.

+ I was going to pick Chespin, since all my potential teammates are Special focused, but Fennekin looked so damn cute I couldn't not pick it!
- Delphox looks really stupid. I knew about this beforehand, I did consider giving her an Everstone, but she doesn't gain her Psychic typing until her last stage so... I don't like it, but I'll always remember her little cutie form.

...Because Pokémon X just gave me a shiny Gible. This is the third shiny I've caught in just the Gen VI games, and this one is a pseudo-legendary of all things, what the hay is even going on?

Granted, Garchomp has one of the worst shiny colors in the whole series, but I think it's worth it once I get my hands on its mega evolution.

It's been a bit, but I have a small anticipatory update to share. I finished a chapter for "Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children", and it's a biggun! Over 10 000 words long! Honestly the longest single chapter I've ever written. I really hope you enjoy it when I post it, but that won't be for a little while yet. Oh no, no, no. I won't start posting until I've got a bit of a backlog of chapters done and dusted.

I've recently started playing a new game of Pokémon Y and would like to have others to play with; whether to trade or battle. I'm mostly a casual player, so I don't get crazy about breeding for IVs, shinies, or other stuff. I play the game just to enjoy it, but sometimes it gets really boring if there's no one else to play with.
